Damping Butterfly Check Valve (intelligent automatic control)

The KARFAR model GLHDH744X is multifunctional, remixing check valve, globe valve and pressure surge eliminator. It is mounted at the outlet side of the pump to stop backflow, start pump in underloading, eliminate pressure surge etc. It works to protect pump station, equipments and pipeline in the system. The opening range of the disc can be adjusted in a digital displayer of the disc opening step controller. At the same time, Direct Currency 4-20MA is output to the computer controlling centre. 

The model is popularly used in industry of metal refining, petrochemical, oil, city construction, environment protection, water conservancy project. 

Feature: 
1, Micro resistance: 
Open & close is actuated by the direction change valve. The big disc opens and closes quickly with small resistance.
2. Small size:
 Because of butterfly disc type, the valve volume is only one third ~ one fifth of other silimar function valves. It needs much smaller space for installation.

Weight is one third ~ one fifth of similar valves, thus save a lot of cost.

Tilting sealing line leads to better self-compensation of sealing face abrasion.
