The KARFAR model HD743H / HD647H is a butterfly type check valve with triple offset structure. It is equipted with auxiliary hydraulic and pneumatic closing device. It is mianly composed of body, disc, damping cylinder, solenoid directional valve, buffer, weight hammer and stem. It is suitalbe for pipelines of water, air, flammable gas with temperature ≤ 250ºC( transient temperature less than 300ºC); Pressure ≤1.0Mpa. The valve is opened by the pressure difference between inlet and outlet sides. And it is automatically closed by the weight of the disc & the hammer to a certain degree and finally cosed by pneumatic device. The buffer can control the closing speed. Due to the triple offset stucture, the friction is reduced during opening and closing action so as to improve sealing effect and increase service life. Buffer prevents slamming impact and vibration from pressure surge so improves serivce life.
