Swing Type Multiple Disc Check Valve

This model H45X is designed with multiple discs. Upon backflow all the discs closed promptly one by one (not simultaneously) to minimize pressure surge and the flow damage on the sealing surface.

This valve is mianly installed in the water supply and drainage pipelines.

For big sized swing type check valve, single disc type may have disadvantage of long closing time because the disc weight and closing distance increase. Under this condition it will cause a considerably high impact pressure due to the meduim backflow and damage the moving spareparts and valve seat.
