Anti Corrosive Lined Swing Type Check Valve

The KARFAR Lined check valve only allows medium flows in one direction, and prevent fluid flow backwards. The valve automatically works under hydraulic pressure, When there is back flow, the PTFE ball inside the body will rest on the seat by backflow pressure and its own weight and cut off back flow.
▪ Lined check valves has many types, all of which fulfill the same basic purpose, namely to allow fluid move forward, but to stop flow backwards. They prevent the back-flow of liquids in pipelines, prevent siphoning of pumps and eliminates pump impeller rotation in opposite direction due to back-flowing media. Generally check valvev can work automatically. Under the pressure force of one direction flow, the disc opens, while when the liquid backflows, the valve will shut off to prevent back flow and water hammer.
▪KARFAR lined Swing Type Check Valve GLH44 have a disc that swings up for fluid flow in the forwards flow direction, but swings back against its seat to prevent backwards flow. It has good driptight performance.
▪KARFAR fully lined Wafer Type Swing Check Valve GLH74 is of two piece construction with only one moving part, ideal choice for use in totally lined piping systems in corrosion applications. The valve can be mounted horizontally or vertically with upward flow. It is mostly suitable for space limited application.
▪This valve can be used in any corrosive medium in addition to the "molten alkali metals and fluorine elements". It is an ideal product used in chlor-alkali, industrial in organic chemicals, metal and mining, nitrogen and phosphatic fertilizers, petroleum refining, pharmaceutical etc.
▪Lining material: PFA, FEP, PO etc.
