When Heating system works, the water in the pipeline release gas (such as hydrogen, oxygen ) which shall bring a lot of side effects to damage system and influence heating.These gases should be released in time or it shall lead to problems like: Oxygen leads to corrosion; Gathered gas makes air bag in the system; Gas makes heating system blocked and unbalance and make radiator partial failure; Noise during running;

Air release valve utilizes the power from buoy moving up or down with water level to actuate on/ off operation. Gas in the pipe shall eventually gather in the upper portion of the air release valve. When gas pressure is bigger than system pressure, water level declines and buoy drops with water level. As buoy drops to a certain level, it actuates the linkage lever system to open the vent port and release gas. After gas releasing, water level rises and buoy float up with water level. Under  force of loaded spring, the vent port is finally closed. By this way, gas is released automatically from the system continually.

This valve has high reliable performance. The valve designer takes all harmful factors into consideration( Such as impurity, oil, floating substance etc; Medium vibration when air is being released; Pipeline and equipment vibration). Its high capacity keep running during system loading with large amount of gas or system drainage under high pressure.

Installation and maintenance:
1, Please unfasten the cap overriding to make sure gas release smoothly.
2, Under blocking condition, fasten the cap and dissemble the valve. After cleaning, it shall resume working.
